Sunnyside Students Celebrate Positive Minds at Southview
Grade 3-5 students at Southview School joined a Sunnyside celebration titled Walking on Sunshine to boost positive mental health as part of the HUG program led by Alberta Health Services and Alberta Education. Students sampled sunny activities while learning resiliency skills to counter negative thoughts, with staff citing fun water games and limbo as keys to a brighter outlook.
