Medicine Hat Named Shortgrass Library HQ Site
Shortgrass library system will move its headquarters to Medicine Hat from the Provincial Building. The move is temporary for 12 to 18 months while a new building costing 1 to 1.5 million dollars is planned. Four communities were studied. Medicine Hat won the site by engineering consultant’s recommendation.
