Kaplan vows to examine RCMP move

Ottawa Solicitor General Robert Kaplan told the Commons he will probe claims that RCMP security service surveilled protest groups over cruise missile testing. He said there is no reliable information that Project Ploughshares was under surveillance or that a Cold Lake protest was targeted. He added that only individuals or groups within the peace movement who are targets of the security service could face electronic monitoring.

Trudeau silent on cruise testing in Canada
