Paris dispatches report Hitler plans proposals to Britain France and the United States for a settlement of war fears to be announced in a July speech at a German warship launch. Berlin sources say they know of no such plan and express surprise at the Paris reports.
Prague reports a woman described as a great patriot is in police custody over the slaying of a German police officer. The arrest comes as repressive measures threaten the Czech town of Kladno after the shooting. Government actions to back up ultimatums remain unannounced.
The Short Grass Stock Growers Association met at the Howard Leste ranch on Milk River with about a thousand ranchers and families from southern Alberta. President Geo.
