London June 8 The Commission of Enquiry found Rev Oswald Hayden rector at Avening Gloucester guilty of swearing and using foul language and the Bishop of Gloucester forbade him to perform ecclesiastical duties for two years The commission acquitted him on charges of impropriety with the village school mistress and of frequenting taverns.

Sudden Death of George H. Hutton Calgary CPR Official
George H. Hutton, Calgary based superintendent of agricultural and animal husbandry for the Canadian Pacific Railway natural resources department, died suddenly near Anaconda Montana while on a sheep investigation with N J Christie and Prof W L Carlyle. He was 50, survived by widow, three sons, a daughter, and his 87-year-old father. He helped establish Lacombe Experimental Station and later guided CPR natural resources work in Calgary.
