Dobroski Paroled On Ticket of Leave For Tax Case

John Dobroski has been released on ticket of leave after serving four months of a six month sentence for breach of the Inland Revenue Act. The parole requires abstinence from intoxicants and no involvement in liquor trafficking. A separate May 1923 list shows 162 Canadian commercial failures with liabilities totaling 4,622.90 dollars, down from 262 in May 1923.

Hopper Situation Is Much Improved in Medicine Hat District

Mr A W Murphy in charge of the Brasshopper campaign reports the grasshopper problem greatly reduced in the Medicine Hat district.
