Crop survey reports scant subsoil moisture in western provinces

Two Cars Damaged In Smash At City Intersection
An afternoon crash at Fourth Avenue and Third Street left two cars badly damaged but injuries were avoided. E J Dilworth faced negligent driving charges in police court, fined $15 and costs.
