Sixteen-Year-Old Killer Sentenced to Death in Alberta
Drumheller Alberta sixteenth birthday killer Clifford Allan Newton was sentenced to die on September 8 for the December 1 murder of Mary Gladys Moore. The case marked Alberta's first juvenile death sentence and the first in the Drumheller court. The jury convicted after a three day trial with a two hour ten minute verdict.
