Stampede photographer preserves Medicine Hat rodeo history
For 15 years Houston has stood half in the arena and half on the pavement as the Stampede photographer. He shoots near Moonshine 33 and has donated thousands of negatives to the Medicine Hat Museum. He still shoots on film and aims to capture a perfect bareback moment like Spitfire ridden by Billy Laye.
