Harvesting Starts Late In August In Prairie Provinces
A crop report from the Manitoba Free Press notes Western Canada will not see general wheat harvesting before late August even with favorable weather. Alberta and Saskatchewan report hail damage and stem rust risk is low overall. Manitoba shows the most headed wheat but not at 100 percent for more than fifteen days.
