Via Rail dayliner engineer killed in Alberta collision
Walter Herman Guse, 59, of Calgary, the engineer of a Via Rail dayliner, died in a crash north of Calgary when the train hit a semi trailer carrying 34 tonnes of grain at an uncontrolled level crossing. Twenty five passengers were aboard. several injured, five with fractures.
