Immense damage to farm buildings and standing crops occurred northeast of Tuxford, Saskatchewan, as a cyclone felled trees and toppled residences between six and seven o'clock Tuesday night. Hailstones reached 14 inches in circumference west of Tuxford, with seven to eight inch stones reported in Moose Jaw area. Telephone lines and poles were downed, delaying traffic on the Co N R between Saskatoon and North Battleford. damage was limited in Tuxford town itself.

Missing Fernie Bridegroom Found Dead in River
