Brooks man charged in double injury murder case
Arthur Gene Davis, 24, of Brooks, is in custody after being charged with first degree murder of Leroy Evans Hutchinson, 20, and attempted murder of Kathleen Moore, 24. The charges stem from a July 5 collision near Kinbrook Provincial Park involving a truck and Hutchinson’s motorcycle. Moore received hospital treatment in Calgary. Davis will appear August 6 for an initial hearing date.
