Packers walkout over Edmonton plant sales in B C
Six union workers at three Gainers Inc. meat plants in British Columbia walked off Monday claiming the company ships products from its strikebound Edmonton plant to B C buyers. Local 188 of the UFCW says meat is sold to B C restaurants, shops and supermarkets and plans a public boycott.

Two Vancouver officers used mouth to mouth resuscitation and heart massage to revive a dog found near death in a downtown vehicle weekend. Const.
