Gunman claims self defence in NYC killings
Bobby L. Rogers 31, identified by police as the gunman who killed three men in New York City, told his brother he acted in self defence. He surrendered Friday to a Graham deputy in Burlington, North Carolina, and New York officials plan to take custody next week.
