Ibert Walker eyed for major motion picture

Exeter based Litttlebird Productions plans a film about Canadian businessman Ibert Walker who killed Ronald Platt for his identity. 82 year overdue library book returns to Victoria

Eve Lettice returned a Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town copy found in an attic after 82 years. The book, checked out by Beatrice Rumming during World War I, would have incurred a 7200 dollar fine but the Greater Victoria Public Library capped it at 12 dollars.
