Veteran Politician Hart Dyke Dies at 93 in England
Sir William Hart Dyke, veteran political figure of the Gladstone and Disraeli era, died at his Dartford home at age 93. He owned 9,000 acres and was influential in lawn tennis. he served as MP for this division from 1885 to 1906, with his first post in West Kent in 1865.

Medicine Hat welcomed the Lethbridge Miners with a 2100-person procession on a twenty-car train led by the Miners Pipe Band.
