Isis 1 satellite launches from Vandenberg in polar orbit

Seven killed with axe in Saskatchewan Cree community

Former CIA Chief Allen Dulles Dies at 75 in Washington

Driver burns to death in oil tanker wreck near Renfrew
Donald Gordon Myers of Ottawa, 48, died after his overturned oil tanker exploded following a collision near Renfrew, while two others perished. David H. Wilkinson, 25, and Jacqueline Wilkinson, 24, were killed in the car they were traveling in. A North Bay driver, Max Layman, reached the scene and offered aid but Myers refused, predicting an explosion.
