Trail of smoke leads to Portage marijuana arrest
Charles Norman Parenteau, 28, of the Duck Bay First Nation, pleaded guilty to possessing marijuana after police stopped his car on Oct 23 1998 in Portage la Prairie Manitoba. They found two sticks of marijuana under a cigarette pack. The defence said he shared the drug with friends.
