Indictment Sought Against Dr Guilfoyle in Murder Case
In West Stratford Connecticut on January 1924 the Grand Jury will be asked to indict Dr Harold N Guilfoyle for first degree murder in the fatal shooting of Mrs Clare Cavanaugh Gaudet of New Haven. Both victims were shot at the Guilfoyle apartment after a dinner party. Mrs Gaudet died days later and Guilfoyle, wounded, is hospitalized.
