Saskatoon January 19 J W Stewart a Saskatchewan farmer admitted shooting Sam Hourie laborer when he found Hourie with his daughter Stewart was committed to stand trials at the next criminal assizes and was taken to Prince Albert jail Hourie was wounded seriously but recovering Hourie is a married man with five children.
