In Nashville Arkansas area Mrs Haggai Ponder, 38, delivered four babies three boys and a girl at 7 10 to 7 45 p m at a farmhouse two miles north of Murfreesboro. Dr M D Duncan said she recovered well and joked he expected twins. Leonard Ponder 41 drove to Nashville hospital with the newborns assisted by three neighbors. The infants were placed in incubators and listed as doing well.
