Dolan Murder Appeal Rejected by Ontario Court of Appeal
The Ontario Court of Appeal dismissed Frank Dolan’s appeal of his murder conviction and death sentence. Dolan was convicted November 15 at Haileybury for killing his wife Leona. His sentence was set for January 25. Dolan’s body was found buried five feet underground in the basement of the Dolan home at Elk Lake, thirty miles from Haileybury.
