Premier Rene Levesque age 62 has checked into a Quebec City hospital for a series of unspecified medical tests. The premier’s office gave no detail on the tests and a hospital bulletin is expected before 4 p.m. EST. Earlier reports of lung cancer were dismissed by aides as unfounded.
