Drunken offender pays fine at police court. city notes
This morning at the police court a drunken man paid three dollars plus costs for his tag and left with minor change. A second man paid one dollar and costs for allowing a runaway from Toronto Street to Fourth Avenue. A boy named Jolefle, with prior trouble, faced Magistrate Kealy for attempted criminal assault on a ten year old girl near Shannon's Bridge and was held until witnesses arrive tomorrow. He was arrested at his homestead by the Mounted Police on Friday.
