Drunk diver’s $15 million suit against Windsor tossed

Judge Justice Joseph Quinn dismissed Derek Alchimowicz’s 1993 injury suit against the City of Windsor and others. Victory Bonds Aim to Fund Cannabis Rights Challenge

Pot advocate Chris Clay in London Ontario sells $25 Victory Bonds redeemable for a quarter ounce of marijuana after legalization. The bonds fund a constitutional challenge to Canada's marijuana laws set to begin April 28 in London following a 1995 Hemp Nation raid. He says he has raised over $8,000, selling mainly online to buyers in Luxembourg and Chile.
