Brown cleared of breach charges in Medicine Hat case
Norman Robert Brown 36, a known pedophile, was cleared of two counts of breach of recognizance at Medicine Hat provincial court. Judge R A Jacobson cited insufficient proof beyond a reasonable doubt, noting inconsistencies in witness testimony about Brown at the Medicine Hat Family Leisure Centre.
