Dean Thomas Fischer, 42, was granted bail in provincial court after being charged with attempted murder in the shooting of his brother Don, 44, during a February argument about cattle feeding near Walsh. Don was treated and released the same day. Fischer must appear again February 20. conditions were set by his lawyer.
