James Fleming was elected president at the Medicine Hat Agricultural Society annual meeting described as the largest ever. The deficit for the year ended Nov 30 stood at 3607.80 including 1250 taxes owed to the city and 2083 due on debentures. Officers were elected by acclamation with Fleming previously presiding in 1912. Four members died in the year, with condolences to their families.
