Frederick George Clark 54, president of Clark & Clark leather merchants, died Christmas day in Baltimore while en route south for winter. Born in Peterboro Ontario, he leaves a widow, two sons overseas, a daughter, and an elder brother also with the firm who died in London, England from exposure in the Lusitania sinking. After six weeks illness, Frederick Feancerco Rones, assistant conductor and musical director of the Metropolitan Opera Company in New York, died of heart disease.
