London December 26 General Sir Pho mas Kelly-Kenny former Adjutant General of British forces is dead at his home in Doolough Longe County Clare. He served in Tang Ku and Taku fort actions 1860 Abyssinia 1867 68 South Africa and was twice mentioned in despatches. In 1906 he joined Prince Arthur of Connaught on a mission to Japan and died shortly before his 75th birthday born February 27 1840 in County Clare Ireland.
