Christmas Day in Hospital Observes Festive Traditions

Between 70 and 89 patients plus nursing and housekeeping staff will spend Christmas Day in hospital. The general hospital will be decorated and features include the nurses choir and Musichords. A turkey dinner will be served for those able to enjoy the trimmings. The census shows six children in the children's ward, 12 mothers in maternity, and 58 adults across wards with 14 in the private wing, with admissions likely to balance discharges.
