MONT LAURIER Que CP Henri Courtemanche a 45 year old lawyer and former Progressive Conservative MP for Labelle says he is framed in a political plot after resigning from the Senate. He considers running as an independent in the next federal election to tell the real story and insists he is innocent and has a clear conscience. He noted politicians have enemies and pledged to reveal what happened in the campaign. He was appointed to the Senate Jan 20 1960 and is a native of Mont Laurier located about 120 miles northwest of Montreal.

Alberta Extends Hospital Help Plan Across Provinces
Alberta residents treated in hospitals outside the province after January 1 will receive the same government financial assistance as at home.
