Winnipeg December 1. A statement by E D CotterellCanadian Pacific Railway superintendent of transportation announces the resumption of accepting grain for Vancouver under the permit system. Permits must bear No tough or damp grain to be shipped on this permit. Private elevators receive permits with responsibility for prompt unloading and car rental if not unloaded. Grain under permits to be shipped from Calgary elevators where possible. Damaged or damp grain will be sent to terminal elevators for drying before westward shipment.
