A Medicine Hat mother Patricia Bliss and her three week old Shane were injured in a car truck collision last night near Fort MacLeod. An unidentified two month old infant died in the crash and two others were injured. Arthur Ledine Bow Island driver and Tillie Mahalicz Lethbridge passenger were injured. A ground search party reported sighting something definite five miles south of Chilliwack in the hunt for the missing TCA airliner. No description was given. A helicopter was sent from Sea Island rescue centre.

An 7:30 a.m. Crescent View Norwood run and half hour East runs to 10:30 p.m. The service uses extra bus with drivers Fred Ronan and Ken Craig under subsidy from the city.
