Wheat exports lag year-ago totals for three months
Ottawa reports Canadian wheat exports last month rose from November 1932 but fell short of the prior three month period year earlier. United States purchases surged to 9,010,148 bushels from 3,866,178 in November. Exports to the United Kingdom were down in the three months, totaling 8,233,824 bushels. Total exports last month reached 64,196,968 bushels valued at 6,395,908 compared with 65,315,972 bushels valued at 62,147,666 in November 1922.
