Steel mill taken over in Nova Scotia plan
Halifax reports the Nova Scotia government, after legislative approval, seeks a long term solution for the Sydney steel plant. Labor Minister T J McKeough says negotiations continue to find a company to take over the mill from Dominion Steel and Coal Corp. Dosco had announced plans to close next April 30.
