Montreal December 7 Judge J Lacroix of the court of sessions was served with a notice that he committed contempt of court for dis regard of a prohibition order by the Superior Court in the cases of Carmine Russo and Dominique Polisano. They were jailed yesterday for breaking and entering after election day disturbances at St Marys bye election headquarters. The Superior Court had issued a writ of prohibition to restrain the lower court from continuing the trial. A contempt motion will be argued Monday in practice court after Lacroix said he believed the writ of prohibition misrepresented the case.
