Soldiers Parcels Must Bear Customs Form

Ottawa December 1 post office authorities urge compliance with parcel rules for soldiers at the front. The customs declaration form must be attached outside the package and readable, showing weight value date of postage and sender’s address. Parcels without it may be sent to the dead letter office.

Mounted Police received word this afternoon that the Manyberries branch of the Bank of Commerce was held up and robbed by three men. The Medicine Hat bank manager, W. G. Lynch, departed by auto for Manyberries this afternoon.
