Israelis Hit Arabs in Jordan Border Raid

Four dead, one missing as coast freighter sinks

A Halifax CP report says the coast freighter Thomas J. Hodder sank off Cape Breton. Four bodies were recovered, and a 16 year old survivor, Ian McGinness, was rescued by the Liberian tanker Geodor. The search for one missing crew member continues as other vessels and ferries assist.
