Lockout ruled legal at Carling O'Keefe brewery

A 21 year old Met Opera stage hand Craig Crimmins was arrested in the July 24 slaying of Canadian violinist Helen Mintiks at the Lincoln Center. Police say a partial fingerprint was found on the opera house roof and Crimmins's whereabouts could not be substantiated.
