P E I plans legal action over ferry service stoppage

Convict at Large After Matsqui Prison Escape
A 28 year old convicted murderer remained at large after escaping Matsqui prison in Abbotsford British Columbia Monday. Four other escapees were caught within hours several miles from the facility. Robert Allan Williams once of Edmonton had life imprisonment for non capital murder. The five men in the auto shop stole a sedan and rammed the gate as a guard fired four shots at the car. Names Donald Kennealy and Dennis Warren Smith are among the escapees.
