The fourth and final well of the year's drilling program, brought in Friday in the north east field, produced 5 443 000 cubic feet daily with 525 pounds rock pressure. Alderman Gardner called it an excellent well. Eight new holes planned next summer will support the Calgary power company expansion.
A 38 year old Medicine Hat businessman Allan N. Gunter of 435 First St is said to have a mild polio case with no paralysis. He is at home with the disease described as no involvements by the doctor in charge. The year’s polio tally in Medicine Hat rises to eight with two out of town cases included.
