Hat thief tries to sell stolen radiators back to owners

Michael Lyczewski of 35 Third St. S.E. was fined 200 for theft under 1000 after he took radiators from Hat Salvage and Steel on July 14 and tried to resell them to the firm. Greaves noted the items were military Jeep parts, spotted by staff.
