Berlin reports that industrial and shipping leaders fear a severe coal shortage this winter. Hamburg expert Walter Fehling warns the fuel pinch could intensify Bolshevism more than hunger, as experts estimate a 100 million ton shortage next year and expect US help to offset Europe’s deficit.
