Second man charged after theft and burglary case

A second man remanded without plea to August 17 in magistrate court in connection with the burglary of MacKenzie Drugs store. Lloyd Jacober of 278 Fifth Street Southwest was arrested and charged with breaking and entry and theft and released on $3000 bail. He and Bernd Klose are charged with theft of 250 dollars and drugs. most loot recovered. Klose was arrested Friday, escaped, then recaptured six hours later and charged with escaping custody.
