Woman walks Medicine Hat streets for 13 city tours
Teresa Vanderhorst has walked every street in Medicine Hat 13 times and aims to finish a 14th city walk. The 80 year old former school bus driver now sorts vegetables five or six days a week at Rolling Hills Greenhouse owned by her son in law. She tracks progress with maps marked in color, noting dates and routes, walking about 3.6 kilometres in 45 minutes at a pace of 120 steps per minute.
