Calgary student jailed for second impaired driving offence

Jonathan Tupper, 20, who started a Students Against Drinking and Driving chapter at his university, pleaded guilty to his second impaired driving offence in five years. He received a 14 day jail term and a three year licence suspension. He thanked arresting officers, saying they saved lives.
