Paris August 6 Louis J Malvy formerly interior minister was found guilty of communicating with the enemy and banned for five years. He forfeits his seat in the chamber of deputies and will depart France under police escort. The verdict follows a long trial in which former premiers Viviani Briand and Ribot testified for him.
