Public hearings fill the council schedule with five items: a Riverside gate on a city street appeal, zone changes near Industrial Avenue and Porters Hill, and three rezoning requests to Direct Control. Also on the docket a $66 million power plant borrowing and a $750,000 fire relocation budget addition, with Shaw TV simulcast at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers.
